My first profession was in the healthcare sector which was a very fast environment that needed a lot of attention to detail and thorough preparations, both for the  patients as well as control of the drugs they were given. So, I wanted to try new challenges, and I was also on the look- out for a career where remote work was possible, and with that a better work-life balance. I’m grateful for my time in the healthcare section, it has taught me to have attention to details and to understand complicated processes, which helps me now in my operational role. It also taught me to be very organised, to think ahead and have attention to detail.

As I believe in treating others like I want to be treated, it is very important to treat people with respect.

If you could change one change in the world, what would it be?
If you could change one change in the world, what would it be?

The world is a beautiful place, but not everyone can comprehend it’s resources, for me, if I could change one thing, it would be to make educate free for all. I believe by doing this it would raise the standards for things like health, reduce crime and improve a persons living standards.

Where can we find you at an ideal weekend?
Where can we find you at an ideal weekend?

My ideal weekend would be where my family is! It’s the people not the place.

Top 3 goals you are working on in 2023?
Top 3 goals you are working on in 2023?

• Achieve greater success in my profession – by that I mean I want to bring more result to my team. I support the others which means that my work is often in the background, and I really want to be there for them. So, I would like to be more present in their work, in order to be able to support them as well as I can.
• Slowing down and being more present. I have a small child and he grows up so fast! I want to be there with him and my family.
• Making time for myself – when you have a child it is a miracle, but you also lose a part of yourself. I will make more time for me, like going to the gym, and then I can be more present when I’m with my family.

I love travelling and exploring new cultures, new food and sceneries, and my ultimate favourite countries at the moment are

• Italy – because I love the food, the culture, and the natural beauty of the country. Just that each city has its own architecture is fantastic! And then, of course, I love the unique boutiques with small crafts, and that there is art in everything they do.
• Switzerland – for the breath-taking landscape!
• Turkey – it means a lot to me. I met my husband there and it has become a second home for me, I feel like I belong there. And it is so beautiful, with the sea all around you.

If you were not in debt advisory, what would you be doing instead?

• Probably interior design/architecture as I love problem solving and being creative, using my head and my hands.

What is on your bucket list?
What is on your bucket list?

• I would like to learn French. I took French in school, so it was my first language outside of English, and as I always will associate Paris with romance - and that is just so very appealing- I would like to be able to be part of, and truly experience that culture.
• Travel to the far east – because it’s just a whole different world! And something I really want to venture out and experience myself. I believe travelling is quite important in order to expand your understanding of the world and other people. If you just stay in one place you will miss out so much of on how other people live, and their challenges, and driving forces. It is a big world out there!

• Remove hatred from people’s hearts and replace it with love.
